I think the "missed point" is that those project do not have enabled="false"anywhere in their b3 aggrcon files ... so they are fully in current builds.

(Now, if I've missed the point of your question, please re-ask :)

maybe i missed the point, but how is it, that the participating list [2] shows so many more projects than actf,emft,shpinx and stardust?
