I'm still trying to figure out exactly what happens : seem like the aggregator cannot load the repository ... even though Eclipse can when I use the update manager through "Install new softwares...".

I've re-disabled EMF Compare for now, the next aggregation should work.

That one failed, but it seems as if EMF Compare is the culprit:
