Ah, no, sorry. I meant where in the source tree of the CDT are those UI
elements. I already discovered the dialogs in application in 2003 or
maybe earlier ;-)

(embarrassed emoji) Of course - I was a bit on autopilot I suppose. Those UI elements are data driven, the first level of UI is (org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.ui bundle), the data is controlled primarily by XML in the plugin.xmls via the org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.buildDefinitions extension point (see /org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.llvm.ui/plugin.xml for LLVM's and /org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.gnu.ui/plugin.xml for GCC's and for the extension point documentation).
