[cdt-dev] Change of email address

Hi there,

I'm officially switching over email addresses to something I can 
guarantee will be permanent (so this wont happen again!) I'll now be 
using alec AT unified then mathematics (all one word, without the 
"then") DOT com. Rather than the warwick one.

I've CCed the new one in so you can copy it directly from there.

I may use alec.ML @ unified then mathematics ect instead just to keep 
mailing list traffic separate, as it's my domain it'll still be me.
