I just wanted to give some feedback on this.

I was able to use F1 and a CVS snapshot of the CDT earlier today to 
build a working Eclipse/CDT environment.  I noticed compile errors for 
FilterActionDelegate, but it doesn't appear to have affected me any.

Also, I'd like to point out that every time I try a new CDT version 
(including the one from CVS today), there tends to be a number of 
noticable changes...  and the weird thing is... they're usually items 
that have been on my wish-list (e.g., launch associations, variable/ 
monitor updates after modifying storage memory, debug console output, 
etc).  It's nice to know the CDT development team can read minds too.
