I am still not able to build clean/fresh clone on macosx. Getting the
same "can't resolve <swt classes> to a type" compile errors. The build
works the second time, so I assume it's the same problem I reported
couple of weeks ago. Is this supposed to be fixed in master or do I need
to do something special to make the build the first time?

Just wanted to mention that I've reverted these changes since we are
able to build with Tycho 0.16.0-SNAPSHOT again.
