Re: [cbi-dev] License feature must include build.properties file

build.properties file must be included in license feature.jar file. This
is the only reliable way for Tycho to file what license files to be
included in features that reference the license feature.

for this one which says "license feature must include build.properties".
I looked in the directory
rt.equinox.p2/features/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.feature and was able
to see a build.properties file in this directory so I'm not sure why
it's not able to find it. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
