[cbi-dev] License feature must include build.properties file

Hi Everyone,
I commented out the a.b.c.source packages to see if I can get further in
the build until I learn how to exclude them in the pom.xml file and now
I've run into a new problem. I don't quite understand the error output
for this one which says "license feature must include build.properties".
I looked in the directory
rt.equinox.p2/features/org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.feature and was able
to see a build.properties file in this directory so I'm not sure why
it's not able to find it. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
