[wtp-pmc] Hotbug for review

Hello, 

I raised a hotbug for PMC approval:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=249347 
The JEE Team decided that we need a PMC review to check if the bug fits
the 3.0.3 scope, before we continue with fixing it. 

We can discuss this bug on the PMC call today.
