Re: [udig-devel] Mac DMG install packages & Request for change to downloads page

The website change is now visible here:

I think it looks okay; I notice for some of the previous releases that the zip archives are removed if an actual installer is available.

Hi All,

I've been a little occupied recently with work and haven't been too active on the list.

However last night I got a chance to sit down and build Mac installer packages for uDig 1.2 in both 32 and 64 bit flavors.

When I uploaded these to the website however, the downloads page doubles up entries as the original zip files are there as well.

I was wondering if someone with python knowledge would be able to tweak to the downloads page script so as zip files appear as "x86_64 Zip Package" and the DMG's appear as "x86_64 Install Package"? What do you think?

Congrats to everyone who had a hand in the 1.2 release. Its really impressive!
