[udig-devel] PSC update

Worked on:
- gps tools / geonotes / freehand map drawing
- H2 plugin used for tools above - ready to try a udig loaded instance
the spatial way

Wanted to create the wizards for coerage tools. Since I had no time to
set uo a trunc environment, I tried to create the wizards with all the
geotools plugins needed. My hope was that the classloader of the
plugin would help out. But the thing didn't work. That is annoing. I
don't have time to work on the trunc side of life, but I want to
create the coverage tools wizards. I'm abroad next days. Will come
back on that next week.
