Hi all and happy new year,

I am happy to announce the uDig users list.  A welcome and warm place  
for people to ask all sorts of question.  You can sign up by going to http://lists.refractions.net/mailman/listinfo/udig-users

Also I'd like to just announce a code freeze on the uDig 1.1.x branch  
effective at the end of next week.  That would be January 18.
