Re: [udig-devel] GML loading - null pointer

I think it is something stupid like if your file is foo.xml it will look for foo.xsd.

There is a new GML parser available that can handle GML2 and GML3 - but we need a volunteer to wrap it up in DataStore clothing.

I'm afraid to say I'm not too surprised the GML datastore is quite
brittle. The Geotools datastore was never fully tested and
supported. Also it Requires that the XML schema for the file be
present in order to process the file. That is likely your problem
because in practice this often is the case.

What do I need to do with the schema? The full OS schema set can be downloaded from here:

http://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/oswebsite/xml/schema/index.html

I've tried downloading them and just dropping them next to my .gml file, but that doesn't seem to help at all. Anything special I need to do?

Vince.
