Here is the Plan:
1) Wed Jan 5th
- Usability Document Draft - go through each view/dialog/wizard
- draw up the list on the white board, try and get people to review a 
screen they did not write.
- Fix (or disable) as much as possible during the afternoon

2) Thurs Jan 6th
- work flow test plan
- 0.6.1 point release for work flow testing

3) Friday Jan 7th
- Grab a "user" and ask them to do a series of specific tasks
- Send email to the community with the point release, tasks and request 
for feedback.
- work flow document draft

4) Jan 10th
- Documents both finalized
- Milestone 3 draft - PK

5) Jan 11th: 0.6.2 Targeted Beta Release
- specifically request feedback on issues identified in the documents
- Milestone 3 report complete
