Hi devs,

small question.

In the tycho-p2-publisher-plugin/ ProductPublisherMojo.java  , it gets
the equinox executable feature from the delta-pack. How this
delta-pack got in to the system. Is tycho downloading it from the
given p2-repo (helios/indigo) ? I couldn't trace back.
