[tools-pmc] Location of termination review materials ... for your long t

Just to let you know, I've created a directory
directly under our top level www/tools site in CVS, named 

reviewMaterials

to store the "pmc level" review
materials, such as for termination reviews. 

I would not expect to ever link to these
versions ... the official versions are kept and linked in emo's area ...
but, in case you ever needed for quick reference or to use as a template
... thought it best to store in a place any pmc member could find them
... let me know if better suggestions.
