This has been discussed on various mailing lists since April 19th, so I think a short review period is fine (that is, would not surprise anyone, and counter proposals, if any, could be made in a fairly short time. So ... I would suggest the review date of June 1, 2011 ... or, what ever other date you think appropriate.

The attached PDF can be used in the notice to the community, and I've also attached the ODT source for that PDF file, in case its needed.
