Hi folks,

in the last community dev meeting, we have talked about my oldish PR with guidelines for using code from the Visual Studio codebase: https://github.com/eclipse-theia/theia/pull/11537

I've replied to some of the comments already on the PR and would invite all Theia committers to chime in on the PR: it's three short paragraphs to read and, IMHO, an important topic.
