I was told that if two eclipse projects share the same root projects, the CQ is
not necesary. Otherwise, CQ is necessary. For your information, in e4, we need
some classes from a modeling project EGF, the CQ is required. If the CQ is not
necesaary for the resources from other eclipse projects, please stop this CQ
with appropriate status

I'm project lead of VE. I'm pretty sure the icons are developped by previous VE
team.
