Yes. It will be one initial commit with all the code in one commit. The whole history will be gone.
 
Regarding issues, milestones and projects. As of my understanding this will be gone as well. We have to move that manually. I did that once with the tool

Just for clarification, which content of the sw360portal project will be migrated to eclipse?
Also issues, milestones, branches?
We will lose the sw360 commit history right?
