Hi Kai,
please have a look at the lane change model parameters. In your case, a low value for lcKeepRight and a high value for lcKeepRightAcceptanceTime according to their definitions should help keep vehicles on the overtaking lane. You may also look at lcSpeedGainRight. The parameter names have been chosen with right-hand traffic in mind.

We would like to run a simulate with the following setting
- Vehicles that have completed an overtaking tend not to return to the travel lane.
- More vehicles in the overtaking lane as traffic flow increases.
