[sumo-user] setup bias between the travel lane and overtaking lane

Hi, sumo community.

I'm Kai.

We would like to run a simulate with the following setting 

1. Vehicles that have completed an overtaking tend not to return to the travel lane.
2. More vehicles in the overtaking lane as traffic flow increases.

Could someone help us??
