Version 1.13.0 provides the tool runSeeds.py for this purpose. The updated FAQ also explains how to aggregate results.  https://sumo.dlr.de/docs/FAQ.html#how_to_perform_repeated_simulations_with_different_results

sumo -c namefile.sumocfg --statistic-output output.xml

With the all results coming from the different simulation runs?
