Hi,
if you have a realistic travel demand (and that is a big if which is not
solved by the randomTrips used in the osmWebWizard) and calibrated your
simulation (adapted the vehicle type parameters to your local community
by fitting it to real measurement data) you will be able to reproduce
the jams on the OSM network on a simple junction. Complex junctions
might need manual refinement.
