You can prevent lane-changing along a whole edge by adding a thin lane that forbids all vehicles in between the lanes where changing shall be forbidden.

However, parts of an edge are not supported. To model your scenario, you would have to cut your edge into two distinct edges of 100m + 50m.

Is there one way to make the vehicles on some certain part of the edge unable to change lane. for example, there is 150m edge with 3 lanes, and between 100m and 150m, it is forbidden to change lane, like the solid line' function in the filed.
