[sumo-user] How to generate the trips with specific flow and specific ve

Dear all,

If I would like to generate the demand on one specific road like :

And 1)  Want to generate  trips or route duration 8:00-9:00 a.m.

       2) The flow duration 8:00-9:00 a.m. is 200

       3)  For one specific vehicle type, like the BUS;

How to do that thing with SUMO or  some tools are associated with SUMO( like some XX.py)

If there is no one method could do to meet the demand described above, is there some tools could be used to  meet two of the them.
