I have been following the steps on

+1 for Modeling on Windows.. I've tested it on Windows 10. I'm able to
create an EMF model project from an XML Schema, generate all the
projects, and create class diagram for the model without any problems.
I've opened an issue for this minor problem on the preference pages:
