Jetty is back on track with everyone using 12.1.0.

Special thanks to Matthias Sohn, Markus Knauer, and especially Nitin 
Dahyabhai for helping improve SimRel with an eye to eliminating 3rd 
party inclusions.  We're on a better path.

Next Wednesday is RC2/Final.  Avoid the last minute rush. Contribute early.

We're on track for a release with only 8 duplicates bundles, only two of 
which are avoidable if PHP and dependencies weren't missing in action.
