[ptp-announce] PTP 1.1 I200612111900 build available

I've just put the I200612111900 build of PTP 1.1 on the download  
server. You can get it from http://www.eclipse.org/ptp/builds.php.

This build merges some debugger fixes from HEAD as well as  
optimizations to the way the debugger fetches variables from the  
target program.

I have tagged this build RC1.
