Greetings PolarSys PMC.

Please work with the Eclipse Capella and Eclipse KitAlpha project teams to remind them that committer elections require a public demonstration of merit.

That an individual has been active on another project is irrelevant. What they "will do" is irrelevant.

This nomination, along with at least one other that I've seen recently fall short (IMHO) on demonstrating merit.

There is a lot of information on what constitutes a reasonable demonstration of merit to join a project as a committer in the handbook.
