I somehow found now this page:

but when trying to clone from

<https://git.eclipse.org/r/gerrit/platform/eclipse.platform.swt.binaries.git>

it fails:

> Cloning into 'eclipse.platform.swt.binaries'...
> fatal: repository 'https://git.eclipse.org/c/gerrit/platform/eclipse.platform.swt.binaries.git/' not found
