Instead of adopting Hugo and so on right now; wouldn't it be better to just migrate the current contnet of www.eclipse.org/eclipse Git repo to the new GitHub repo?

I have big concerns regarding Hugo vs HTML (basically Hugo sucks to configure and maintain in my opinion, while HTML works great and is easy to edit and preview in many editors). So I'd like to see both topics decoupled and a more incremental plan exposed before we start rolling it out.
