[photran] Photran Installation Question

I am trying to install Photran on Ubuntu 9.0 x64 using Intel Fortran Compiler 11.1.

 

I have read a number of blogs which say to install

 

Eclipse 3.4

32 bit C++ libraries

libstdc++5, and 6

gcc

g++

etc..

JRE latest version

Intel Fortram Compiler 11.1

Photran

 

In attempting to run the project build I get a error message "jav.lang.nullexception".

 

I am use to VS2008 which creates the makefile for the user.

Have I missed an install step or is this a pilot error?
