[photran] Generic response to bugs and unanswered questions

Now that eclipse.org's Bugzilla is finally set up for us, I have tried 
to post bugs for all of the problems (bugs) reported on this list and 
not fixed.  If you have reported a problem, please visit:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/query.cgi
Search for all of the Photran bugs, and make sure I included yours.

If you have posted a question on the list and no one responded, please 
post it again.  We were at conferences for two weeks, and then we were 
catching up afterwards, and now it's finals season, so please bear with 
us.  In general, /everyone/ on the list is welcome to answer questions; 
it won't offend us.  :-)

On behalf of all of us, I apologize for the general lack of 
responsiveness over the past month or two.
