nominated Henrik Lindberg as a Committer on the P2 component of the
rt.equinox project. The reason given is as follows:

I would like to nominate Henrik Lindberg for commit rights to p2. Henrik
has been a valuable member of the p2 team for awhile now, and has designed,
implemented, and tested several major new features in the Galileo release
cycle. Henrik's designs are well thought out, and his implementations are
thorough and well tested. 

Recent contributions include a major refactoring of our repository
implementation, and implementation of a backup facility for making native
touchpoint actions more robust. He also wrote detailed design documents for
non-OSGi version support, and the p2 install handler replacement story. He
is also highly responsive to handling any bugs or enhancements to his work.

The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 9 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Henrik Lindberg must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):
