EMO has called my attention on the wrong interpretation some of us did of the 
EF Development process when it comes to the PMC role in the Committers 
election. 

The role of the PMC is to guarantee that the process has been the correct one, 
not to approve the result of the election process. So the PMC could push back 
on an election if the process followed has flaws or a negative influence on 
the candidates or the voters.

Some improvements will be published in the next version of the Ef Dev. Process 
to prevent other to come to the same mistaken conclusion.

@Luca, please go ahead with the next step of the process given that you do not 
require the PMC approval of the result.
