Would it be good to have a repo or similar that you guys control where you add 
the documentation you generate as well as the EF presentations and document we 
provide to you? That way you provide links instead of documents through the 
mailing list.

I suggest you request it if that is the case.

#### PMC mailing list.

Maria Teresa requested PMC members to join the oniro-pmc mailing list as soon 
as possible so it will become the default communication channel between EMO 
and PMC.

#### Brief presentation of the PMC duties and overview of their role in the 
Eclipse Development Process

Introduction
  * Maria Teresa introduces PMC responsibilities, the relation with EMO and 
the communication channels.
  * Maria Teresa shows some of the templates that PMC should use to create 
release reviews and new project requests.

#### Timeslot definition for periodic PMC meetings

 * Agreement to schedule the PMC meetings on bi-weekly basis.
 * Thursdays at 13:00 UTC and until 14:00 UTC alternate with the Oniro WG SC 
   * Agustin will schedule the meetings and add them to the Oniro calendar.
