Paul, we have a specification, Long Running Actions 1.0 (LRA), that has been in the works for a couple of years. It has already been debated and is ready for a vote. Question - this is the first “non-existing spec” that is ready for its inaugural 1.0 release. Would this require an EFSP Creation Review if it has already effectively gone through this process under our pre-MPWG processes?

Or, can we proceed directly to a vote on the LRA 1.0 release?
