The zoom account
we're currently using is the one tagged for the Technology top-level project.
Although it's not used a lot by the other teams, it would be better
to avoid potential conflicts by getting our own zoom account for MicroProfile.
One way or the other, it will cost somebody something. I'd
prefer to let Eclipse manage all of these zoom accounts.

During the creation of the Working Group,
the Zoom account was not checked off as a requirement via the Resources
and Services checklist, thus
the Eclipse Foundation did not create one for the Working Group.
I can only assume the working group
was happy using the MicroProfile Zoom account the Eclipse Foundation provides
for the Eclipse MicroProfile project.
To that end, is there really a requirement
for another Zoom account? FWIW, an extra account does add a business
cost. If it's required, please let us know.
