During the creation of the Working Group, the Zoom account was not checked off as a requirement via the Resources and Services checklist, thus the Eclipse Foundation did not create one for the Working Group.

I can only assume the working group was happy using the MicroProfile Zoom account the Eclipse Foundation provides for the Eclipse MicroProfile project.  

To that end, is there really a requirement for another Zoom account?  FWIW, an extra account does add a business cost.  If it's required, please let us know.
