[krazo-dev] New "release-1.0" branch

Hi all,

I just created a new branch called "release-1.0" on our GitHub repo. I'll create the 1.0.0 from this branch AND we can use it as a maintenance branch for 1.0.x patch releases later on. My recommendation is to perform all fixes on the master branch and cherry-pick relevant fixes to this maintenance branch if required.

I also asked the Eclipse webmasters to apply the same branch protection settings as we have for the "master" branch for this new branch.
