[jstl-dev] EE11 updates for Tags 3.0 - TCK challenges - Service Release

Hi,

I have a PR ready for review: https://github.com/jakartaee/tags/pull/254

Can I get some reviews of this so that a service release can be done?

We also have two TCK challenges relating to EE11 and running the Tags 3.0 TCK with EE 11 features / Java 21.

1) https://github.com/jakartaee/tags/issues/256 , I sent a previous note regarding this one to discuss if necessary: https://www.eclipse.org/lists/jstl-dev/msg00134.html (Pages 4.0 JspException.getRootCause() method). In summary, this one looks valid to accept, and the tck updated.

2) https://github.com/jakartaee/tags/issues/255 , this one relates to Java 21 not working with some of the date formats in the TCK. Is anyone available to help out with a solution to this one?

Do we have any instructions on how to perform the service release for Jakarta Tags I don't have any experience with generating the releases. Any volunteers?
