Hi,

I am having similar problems also since yesterday. Seems that ssh access and http don't work in the moment. See my bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=304000 for that. If you have a direct internet connection you can use the git protocol to clone. This still works.
