shows up with a heading

This line above is prefixed with red circle with an X that when you hover on says “Failed”
But the same page down below has a link to “Tests (no failures)” which if you click on takes you to
https://ci.eclipse.org/releng/job/automated-tests/job/smoke-tests/1013/testReport/ - this page showers
you with confetti and says “Nice one! All 14,024 tests are passing” and gives you a table with a breakdown of tests – all are marked as passing.

At the end of console, I see this:
ERROR: None of the test reports contained any result
[Checks API] No suitable checks publisher found.
Finished: FAILURE
I am checking this from my mobile, so can't be sure if the tests actually ran and passed. Do you see the results? Or just a pass status?

Why does this say FAILURE - while the link actually opens a page that says all tests passed ? Who should look into this ?
