Hi Steve!
great to hear about Alfonso's interest to get involved. Here is
the
documented process for this in the Eclipse Foundation
Project Handbook.
All you need to do is to get EMO involved, I cc-ed EMO here. EMO
will provide further guidance to Alfonso.
