But it's a good question whether that's
actually happening and whether they're paying attention to it
and know what to do with it.
In n=1, double-check on "is that happening" the answer was,"No."
That person didn't really know that a) the ballot was approved,
nor b) that the new checklist constituted more work to be
completed. The hints were: the Label was applied and the Checklist
was added. But those are not really firm statements, in my
opinion.
Forwarding the Ballot is Approved/Completed to the lead and/or
the project list wouldn't be a bad idea, in my opinion. I keep
needing to remind myself that not all the leads are on these
committees so helping them along, probably wouldn't hurt.
Especially since we now have a bit of a time-crunch trying to line
things up for events next week, and the week after.

A couple of questions:
1) When the ballot is complete -- are we notifying the person
who filed the PR and letting them know they need to finish the
activities listed in that final checklist? (for example,
should the ballot complete notices be forwarded to each
submitter and/or the project list?)
I think we're expecting that they'll be notified when we add the
checklist to the PR. But it's a good question whether that's
actually happening and whether they're paying attention to it and
know what to do with it.
2) What triggers the generation of the final site pages?
(pages at https://jakarta.ee/specifications/)
Once that trigger occurs, what's the time-frame for the
site to become available? Can we hope to have
some/many/most/all of these ready by next Tuesday?
I believe it's triggered manually. I thought Wayne was working on
some sort of staging site so we could preview the content before
it was pushed to the real site, but I haven't heard anything about
that.
