Re: [jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Ballot status

A couple of questions:

1) When the ballot is complete -- are we notifying the person who filed the PR and letting them know they need to finish the activities listed in that final checklist? (for example, should the ballot complete notices be forwarded to each submitter and/or the project list?)

2) What triggers the generation of the final site pages? (pages at https://jakarta.ee/specifications/) Once that trigger occurs, what's the time-frame for the site to become available? Can we hope to have some/many/most/all of these ready by next Tuesday?

I believe that I am up-to-date on publishing ballot results and marking PRs as approved.

Of the first wave of specifications, I've updated the specification files all of the PRs that have been merged.

I've set a block of time in my calendar early tomorrow morning to process the ballots that are coming due.
