[jakarta.ee-spec.committee] Eclipse Foundation issues to track for Jakar

We have the following open issues on EF infrastructure that impacts the Jakarta EE 8 roadmap:

• https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=548486
• Request for a Jakarta EE Specification Committee JIPP - needed to setup a project to do the signing and promotion of the final EFTL binary. 
• https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=547635
• Request for setup of a Jakarta EE Specification Committee GPG key and JIPP environment configuration for the signing of final EFTL binaries. 
• https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=547408
• Request for specification listing pages with detail pages on jakarta.ee similar to what had been done on jcp.org. This is needed for use in various specification guides and docs to have references to project URLs.

These will become blockers to the Jakarta EE 8 release as we get closer to producing spec releases.
