Hi Werner,
I believe you are all set up now for access to the whole Jakarta
EE Spec Committee folder. If you still see issues please let me
know.
The folder and documents in it are open to all Specification
Committee members.
Best Regards,
Tanja

It’s sad, that what Oracle

Oracle’s shoes failing to make it available just due to lack

Jakarta EE is not slow as many often try to
picture it, but some involved wearing too many “hats” and
taking too many responsibilities they cannot fulfil or being
The Servant of Two Masters (Eclipse and Apache) or even more
which stifles the progress, not the progress itself being bad
or inflexible.
We also heard about the JNoSQL issues for a
similar cause. It’s certainly not a problem of my Google
account or that by others, Wayne/EMO was also able to set it
up for different documents.

Btw, isn’t it a slight bottleneck and risk
to have individual members own such documents?
Once e.g. the TCK evolves, I trust that’ll
change.
Werner
David,
Could you please look into that.
Thanks,
Werner

SpecificationCommitteecall February 13th, 2019
We don't own that document. Ask David.
Hi,
As
mentioned, if Eclipse Foundation (Wayne) is the owner
of the TCK document, I still get a “No permission
error” on https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eg7nqACM59Ptn6ph20WVifvjkadsI-yfpe5TPUlscx8/edit#.
The
Agenda document is fine. It might be because my
Eclipse or JCP/Oracle identity started with this GMX
address and Google wants the Gmail address (werner.keil@xxxxxxxxx) as
the primary identity. I even added the GMX one as
alternate address to my Google account but seems that
does not help or I was missed with the TCK document?
It
would be nice to get a look at it before the subject
is picked up again in the next calls.
Thanks,
Werner
I
sent out a note discussing a draft of the EFSP 1.1
last night. I will plan to discuss this on our
February 13th call, but do not expect that
everybody will have spent any significant time
with the document beforehand. For now, let's plan
to use the mailing list for feedback.
Hi All,
I propose again, to divide our time for the
call between JESP and TCK.
Having
that in mind our agenda today is
· Approval of
Meeting min Feb 6th
· Jakarta
EE Spec process
· TCK
process
· if
any time left revisit other items
Our detailed agenda and notes are here.
Thanks,
Tanja
