[iot-pmc] VOLTTRON initial contribution CQ

Hi everyone.

I want to check with you what is happening with the CQ covering the initial code contribution for Eclipse VOLTTRON. http://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19587

The CQ is awaiting the PMC's input since April 24. Do you have any specific concerns about it?

There was a discussion between Jereme and Kai during the working group call earlier this week. Kai provided some guidance to Jereme, and I expect him to submit a new version of the source code archive. I suppose the process would be streamlined if you made your expectations clear directly to him.

Jereme will be presenting at our IoT Day on May 13. I can speak with him to ensure he takes action quickly in response to the feedback you will provide.
